Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush on December 12, 2006 recess appointed three individuals:

President George W. Bush recess appointed Dabney Langhorne Friedrich, of Virginia, to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission.

President George W. Bush recess appointed Beryl A. Howell, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission.

President George W. Bush recess appointed John R. Steer, of Virginia, to be a Member of the United States Sentencing Commission and designated him Vice Chair.
