Personnel Announcement

President Bush today announced his intention to recess appoint three individuals and designate one individual to serve in his Administration:

The President intends to recess appoint Paul DeCamp, of Virginia, to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division at the Department of Labor.

The President intends to recess appoint Michael F. Duffy, of the District of Columbia, to be a Member of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.

The President intends to recess appoint Daniel Meron, of Maryland, to be General Counsel of the Department of Health and Human Services.

The President intends to designate Michael J. Sullivan, of Massachusetts, to be Acting Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
