President Announces Mrs. Bush to Lead Delegation to Inauguration in Costa Rica

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to San José, Costa Rica to attend the Inauguration of His Excellency Óscar Arias Sánchez, President of the Republic of Costa Rica on May 8, 2006.

Mrs. Laura Bush, First Lady of the United States, will lead the delegation.
