President Signs H.R. 1259, S. 2116, and S. 2120

On Tuesday, April 11, 2006,the President signed into law:

H.R. 1259, which provides for the production and award of a congressional gold medal in honor of the Tuskegee Airmen and authorizes the production and sale to the public of bronze duplicates of the medal.

S. 2116, which transfers jurisdiction of certain real property from the Architect of the Capitol to the Supreme Court.

S. 2120, the "Milk Regulatory Equity Act of 2005," which expands regulation of Federal dairy pricing in specified regions of the United States and permanently excludes Nevada from a Federal milk marketing order.
