NOMINATION SENT TO THE SENATE:
Gary D. Orton, of Nevada, to be United States Marshal for the District of Nevada for the term of four years, vice Richard Zenos Winget.
WITHDRAWAL SENT TO THE SENATE:
Daniel P. Ryan, of Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan, vice Patrick J. Duggan, retired, which was sent to the Senate on February 14, 2005.
