President to Welcome President Saca of El Salvador to the White House

President Bush will welcome President Saca of El Salvador to the White House on February 24, 2006. The President looks forward to meeting with President Saca and to underscoring his appreciation for President Saca's leadership in the war on terrorism, in promoting and defending democracy in the Western Hemisphere and beyond, and to expanding free trade and economic growth. The meeting will be an opportunity for the leaders of the United States and El Salvador, an important hemispheric partner of the United States, to discuss continuing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
