President Signs Rocky Mountain National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2005 and the Ojito Wilderness Act

On Wednesday, October 26, 2005, the President signed into law:

S. 55, the "Rocky Mountain National Park Boundary Adjustment Act of 2005," which directs the Secretary of the Interior to exchange certain Federal land in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado; and

S. 156, the "Ojito Wilderness Act'" which designates approximately 11,000 acres of wilderness in New Mexico and directs the Secretary of the Interior to hold certain land in trust for the Pueblo of Zia.
