Personnel Announcement on Presidential Delegation to U.S. National Day at the World Exposition 2005

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the U.S. National Day at the World Exposition 2005 in Aichi, Japan on June 20, 2005.

The Honorable Margaret Spellings, Secretary of Education, will lead the delegation.

Members of the Presidential Delegation are:

The Honorable Thomas Schieffer, Ambassador of the United States to Japan
The Honorable Lisa Guillermin Gable, Commissioner General of the U.S. Exhibition
Mr. Tommy Lasorda, Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Board, the
Los Angeles Dodgers
Mr. Gary Nakamoto, Vice Chairman and CEO, Base Technologies, Inc.
