President Thanks Secretary Spellings at Swearing-In Ceremony
With President George W. Bush and her husband Robert Spellings by her side, Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings takes the oath of office during a ceremony at the Department of Education in Washington, D.C., Monday, Jan. 31, 2005. Secretary Spellings served as an Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy during the first term of the Bush administration.
