Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced the recess appointment of Ronald Rosenfeld, of Oklahoma, to be a Director of the Board of Directors of the Federal Housing Finance Board, and designation as Chairman. The President nominated Mr. Rosenfeld on October 5, 2004.
