Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate and designate one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to nominate Jesus H. Delgado-Jenkins, of Illinois, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury (Management) and upon appointment designate Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Delgado-Jenkins currently serves as Acting Assistant Secretary for Management at the Treasury Department. He previously served as Managing Director for Bourbon Street Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based management consulting group. Prior to this position, Mr. Delgado-Jenkins served as Vice President of the Support Services Division of Dominick's Finer Foods, Inc. He earned his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his master's degree from Northwestern University.
