Vice President Dick Cheney and his wife Lynne became grandparents today, for the fourth time. Philip Richard Perry was born at 11:02 a.m. at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., July 2, 2004. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces.
