Statement by the Press Secretary

On Friday, May 7, 2004, the President signed into law:

S. 1904, which designates the United States courthouse at 400 North Miami Avenue in Miami, Florida, as the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. United States Courthouse.

S. 2022, which designates the Federal building located at 250 West Cherry Street in Carbondale, Illinois, as the Senator Paul Simon Federal Building.

S. 2043, which designates the Federal building located at 228 Walnut Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as the Ronald Reagan Federal Building.
