Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual to serve in his administration:

The President intends to nominate Jerald S. Paul, of Florida, to be Principal Deputy Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration at the Department of Energy. Mr. Paul currently serves as a Member of the Florida House of Representatives and as a partner in the law firm of McKinley, Ittersagen, Gunderson and Berntsson, P.A. Mr. Paul previously worked as a nuclear engineer at the E.I. Hatch Nuclear Plant. He earned his bachelor's degree from the Maine Maritime Academy, his post baccalaureate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
