Corporal Tiara Puro is staioned in Baghdad with the Army National Guard. She read about The Heart Truth campaign, and she was so inspired by the message that she and the other women in her unit started eating better and exercising more. On Friday, Februaru 6, 2004, they wore red ribbons with their uniforms to show that they know the heart truth.
