President George W. Bush delivers remarks at the rededication ceremony of the National Archives Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003. During the ceremony, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights were unveiled. "In the course of two centuries, the ideals of our founding documents have defined America's purposes in the world," said the President.
