Personnel Announcement

2003 President George W. Bush today announced his designation of three individuals to represent the United States at the inauguration of His Excellency Nicanor Duarte Frutos, President of the Republic of Paraguay, on August 15, 2003.

The Honorable Anthony J. Principi, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, will serve as the leader of the delegation.

The Honorable John F. Keane, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Paraguay and The Honorable Robert L. Peeler, President, Bob Peeler and Associates LLC, and Former Lt. Governor of South Carolina will also serve as delegation members.
