President Honors 2003 Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipients
Vera Clemente accepts the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President George W. Bush on behalf of her husband Roberto Clemente Walker during a ceremony in the East Room Wednesday, July 23, 2003.
