President Bush Outlines his Agenda for U.S. - African Relations
President George W. Bush addresses the Corporate Council on Africa's U.S.- Africa Business Summit in Washington, D.C., Thursday, June 27, 2003. "All of us here today share some basic beliefs. We believe that growth and prosperity in Africa will contribute to the growth and prosperity of the world. We believe that human suffering in Africa creates moral responsibilities for people everywhere.
