President Thanks Fleischer, Taps McClellan as New Press Secretary
As pictured in the attached file photo, President George W. Bush works on a press statement with Principal Deputy White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan in the Oval Office Nov. 7, 2002. President Bush announced today that he will name Scott McClellan to be Assistant to the President and White House Press Secretary. Currently, Mr. McClellan is Deputy Assistant to the President and the Principal Deputy White House Press Secretary.
