Designation

President George W. Bush Today Announced His Intention to Designate One Individual to Serve as a Member of His Administration:

The President intends to designate R. Hewitt Pate of Virginia to be Acting Assistant Attorney General, for the Antitrust Division at the Department of Justice. Mr. Pate is currently the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division.
