Nomination
President Bush Nominates One Individual to Serve as a Member of Federal Judiciary

President George W. Bush today announced his nomination of one individual to serve as a member of the federal judiciary.

The President will nominate James K. Gardner of Pennsylvania to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
