President Unveils Small Business Plan at Women's Entrepreneurship Summit
President George W. Bush meets with participants of the women's entrepreneurship in the 21st Century Summit at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, Washington, D.C., Tuesday, March 19. During his visit, the President unveiled plans to help small businesses across the country.
