White House Conferences on Faith-Based and Community Initiatives
OFBCI has hosted a series of regional conferences on President Bush's Initiative in cities across the country. Over 25,000 faith-based and community leaders have already attended.
Training for Grassroots Faith-Based & Community Organizations

Supplemental Educational Services Workshops
Supplemental Services provide extra academic help for low-income students in low performing schools. The workshops are free but require pre-registration. Click here for more information.
Housing and Community Development Seminars, Workshops, Conferences
The Department of Housing and Urban Development is conducting FREE, two-day, intensive Grant Writing Training Workshops for Faith-Based & Community-Based Organizations to teach them how to secure Federal funding. The sessions include Organizational Development, Legal Do's & Don'ts, Five Factor's for Awards, The Art & Science of Grant Writing, as well as a sample YouthBuild Application. Office of Justice Programs Technical Assistance Opportunities
